Personalized Exercise Programs

Our Personalized Exercise Program consists of two appointments. During the first consultation, a Health Fitness Specialist will assist you in setting goals and outcomes and will gather more information about you to design an exercise program tailored specifically for you. The second appointment will consist of the Health Fitness Specialist taking you through the exercise plan that was designed for you, demonstrating proper form and technique on all exercises.  You will receive an exercise card with your program to assist you in tracking your progress!

Personal Training

The DSG Health Club’s Personal Training services are available for all members no matter what your schedule, age or fitness level may be!  We provide you with individualized training tailored to meet your fitness and wellness goals.  Our specialties include:

         Weight Loss and Management
         Strength Training
         Aerobic and Anaerobic Training
         Sport-Specific Training
         AND MORE!

Choose from a quick 30-minute, a time conscious 45-minute or a fully detailed 60-minute session. Fitness Assessments

A fitness assessment will allow you to define and track specific and measurable goals, such as weigh-ins. Fitness assessments can be performed in any of the two Personalized Exercise Program appointments or can even be a separate appointment.  During a fitness assessment, a Health Fitness Specialist can lead you through a combination of assessments that will measure the following:

         Resting Heart Rate
         Blood Pressure
         Body Composition
         Muscular Strength
         Muscular Endurance
         Sub-Max Cardiovascular
         Flexibility

Fitness assessments can be as broad or as specific as you would like, and you may choose which assessments to perform.  Fitness assessments are useful as they assist Health Fitness Specialists to determine the best ways to meet your needs so you can have a truly successful experience at the Health Club.
