Coaching positions available in select Coerver Coaching markets.

The person applying for this job must demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm, passion and energy with a dedication to work with players ages 4-16 with a focus on technical training. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekday evenings, weekends and holidays.

Job Description

* Have the ability to lead groups and deal with all coaching responsibilities for various age groups, attend internal coaching courses, tournaments and other local program events.

* Work with AYSO and Directors of Coaching for regional clubs to develop and enhance the curriculum/principles of play in relation to the specific requirements.

* Continue to develop and improve the training program and build talent identification programs/camps and clinics in the region.

* Develop and document a robust player assessment of all player to support Individual Player profiling and Talent ID opportunities.

* Attend weekly staff meetings, coach education sessions and provide team updates. Return all emails and phone calls within a 24 hour period.

* Support additional programming and tournament activities as required including 5 v 5 Coerver Cup tournaments, Goalkeeping, and holiday and summer camp

* Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated evidence of showing initiative as well as working collaboratively in an office environment and within teams high degree of computer literacy including ability to use simple and complex software systems. Excellent knowledge of all soccer rules demonstrated through experience and/or training. Be eligible to work in US, possess a valid driver’s license and pass background investigation. Must have superior coaching behavior at all times.
