Executive Board Openings

TCYFL COMMISSIONER

• Responsible for the care and management of all parent/child/coach issues.
• Attends all TCYFL meetings along with any special meetings pertaining to the league matters.
• Takes notes and provide a report to the Board each month and pay dues, league fees, referee fees, insurance premiums, and associated costs to the league.
  
• Presents protests and recommendations on behalf of the coaches and Board and report all scores to TCYFL. 
  
• An alternate Co-Commissioner may be appointed to assist with the overall duties, but the final responsibilities reside with the elected Commissioner.
• Term: 1 year
• Compensation: 1 free registration

Committee Openings

WEBMASTER

• Reports to the VP of Operations.
• Keeps the website up-to-date, includes both pre-season updates and just-in-time updates for schedule or weather-related changes. 
• Manages the overall web page account with the internet service provider.

FUNDRAISING MANAGER

• Reports to the President.
• Creates sponsor letter, arrange for newspaper space.
• Delivers team pictures or plaques to the sponsors, etc.
• Works with major corporations to solicit sponsorship money.
• Works with local newspapers to promote the league.
• Works with the local business owners for donations and sponsorships.
  

FIELD MARSHALL

• Reports to the Football Director.
• Official representing the league on game days at our home field.
• Carries out the weigh-ins for each game and the liaison between the referees and the teams that are playing.
• Ensures that each head coach sign the game cards after their games. 
• Reports of all game scores for all GPH GRIZZLIES games each week during the season and all playoff games.
