Craig grew up in Northern England, where he played youth soccer, before moving onto college and semi-professional soccer with Spennymoor Town FC and Tow Law Town FC. Craig graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University with a BA Hons degree in Sport and Leisure. From University, Craig came to the US to work for Challenger Sports as a soccer camp coach and director. After travelling the country, working with kids as young as 3 years old, Craig became a Regional Director for Challenger Sports. At Challenger Sports, he ran the business side of the camp business, along with managing 100 soccer coaches. Craig currently still works at Challenger Sports as a regional sales director.
Craig has coached for Broomfield SC since 2012, where he has coached several teams, along with being the club Goalkeeping Director. Craig was named Broomfield SC Coach of the Year in 2015.
Craig has also held positions as the Colorado Soccer association ODP Goalkeeping Director (2015-current), Legacy High School Girls Assistant Coach (2012-2013), Core Goalkeeping Academy (2014-current) and currently serves as an ssistant Coach at Metropolitan State University of Denver.
