~Rules for Cheer~
*Hair must be pulled out of face at practice and games (ponytail if long)
* NO gum or candy
* Tennis shoes ONLY (NO sandals, flip flops, boots, etc.)
* NO jewelry
* Finger nails must stay short
* Shorts or pants (weather determined)
*T-Shirt
* Failure to follow dress code can result in your child not practicing
*Please be on time, if your child arrives after coach takes attendance they may be considered absent
*Be respectful of coaches at all times
*No bullying! It WILL NOT be tolerated!!
*Game Day Wear: -Full uniform must be worn (shell, skirt, bloomers, bows, socks, cheer shoes, & Poms) – Failure to follow may result in your child not cheering at the game
*Please don’t stand at the fence at games/practices and try to give your child directions. (This makes it very hard to keep your child’s attention.)
*If there are any issues, please discuss them after practice/games and where children are NOT present.
*Disciplinary action may be taken (running laps) if your child is disrespectful or disruptive during practice.
*We understand children get sick, however, if your child misses 2 practices in one week, they will have to sit out for one quarter of the next scheduled game.
*Once we have started practice for competition, your child may not perform if they miss 3 practices or games. This will be determined by Coach and Cheer Director. (If doctor’s note is provided, the absence will be dismissed).
*Always come with a good attitude and be ready for Fun!!
