On behalf of the players, coaches, and volunteers of the Spencer-East Brookfield Little League, we are asking for your help in support of Little League baseball and softball in our towns. With the support of our three towns, we were able to accomplish some great things in the 2022 season.
· Softball continues to grow, and in 2022 we had teams in both Minors and Majors divisions, as well as two Fall Ball teams.
· We fielded multiple teams in both our Minors and Majors Divisions.
· Last year we made significant investments in our primary playing field, as well as our softball field shed, and press box.
· This year we are looking to invest in repairs to our Field House Office, Batting Cages and Security System.
Through the support of our sponsors, we have been able to keep the cost of registration among the lowest in our district. We were also able to establish a small fund to help families in need of assistance enroll their children in the League. Enclosed with this letter you will find a sponsorship form with sponsorship opportunities at many different levels. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions.
We’ll certainly have more projects to tackle in the 2023 season, but with your help and support, I know we can accomplish them. Thank you for all that you do for our towns and the Spencer-East Brookfield Little League.

HOME RUN CLUB [AVAILABLE]
The Home Run Club Sponsors can donate in different levels, including Double, Triple, Home Run, and Grand Slam. All Home Run Club Sponsors will have their logo placed on the Home Run Club Banner hung at the entrance to our fields, business logo and description on our sponsor page, a dedicated post on the SEBLL Facebook page, logo on the website rotating sponsor banner, acknowledgment on Opening Day and at the Closing Ceremonies. Triple members will also have their logo featured on our main homepage banner. Home Run members will also receive a sign on the outfield fence, and a dedicated post pinned to the top of our Facebook page for one week. The Grand Slam Sponsor will take part in our Opening Day parade, and receive an award of recognition as the Season Grand Slam sponsor.

This new addition to our sponsorship levels, gives sponsors the ability to lock in 3-year naming rights for one of our many building throughout the facility, including Fields, Batting Cages and Field House!1
FIELD SIGN SPONSOR [AVAILABLE]
These signs are placed on the outfield fences at The John Wesley Small Fields in Spencer, and include your business name or logo. Our signs remain up at the fields from April until the end of the fall season in October and are seen by countless parents and fans at the hundreds of games played each season. A logo linking to your website is also placed on our website.
