Equipment handout will be on Saturday, August 2nd from 9-10 AM and Sunday, August 3rd from 5-6 PM. Our equipment shed is located near the high school baseball field.

2025 Middleton Cardinal Youth Football

Our goal to provide a safe, competitive and non-discriminatory football program for youth of Middleton, WI (Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District) so that we may impart the values of good sportsmanship, good character and leadership qualities.

Registration is open to 6th, 7th, and 8th graders (grade level entering the fall school year. Example: if your player is entering 6th grade in the fall register them for 6th grade football).

Equipment Handout/Weigh In Dates

Saturday, August 2nd, 2025 from 9-10 AM and Sunday, August 3rd, 2025 from 5-6 PM.

Practice starts Monday, August 4th. Coaches will contact families via email with practice schedules. All practices will be held at Taylor Park. (5280 Bishops Bay Pkwy)

6th grade will play games on Saturdays as part of the Badger Central Youth Alliance.

7th and 8th grade will play games on Monday or Tuesday nights as part of the Middle School Football Alliance.

(These sites will contain field locations, rules and schedules always up to date for Youth and Middle Alliances.)
