To begin 2026 we will have 1 program available: Academy Outdoor Soccer. We plan to grow the program. Please read ahead for more information.
Academy Soccer - Spring 2026
Academy Soccer plays games on Saturdays at local fields. Ages are from 7 to 10 years old (grouped as U8 and U10). Academy plays small sided soccer games as this increases a players game-time touches on the ball by 300%. The more touches a player has on the ball the faster they develop eye-foot coordination. All Academy teams practice at least once during the week. To register for academy soccer, log in or create an account and the website will give you a list of program options. Choose Academy Soccer Saturday games. Academy Jerseys (will be t-shirts) will be provided. Please note, you must provide your own soccer cleats, shin guards, soccer socks, and black shorts. Our color scheme is Orange, so we encourage you to have both orange and black soccer socks.
Travel Soccer
Travel soccer is not available for the Spring 2026 season! We will be bringing this program back eventually as we work to grow the program.
Here is a brief description of what that program will eventually look like.
Travel soccer plays games on Sundays and provides regional competition for our teams. Ages are 9 to 18 years old. Travel soccer is for experienced players who have been practicing for several seasons. There is a greater time commitment and usually a minimum of two practices per week and games on Sundays, with four home games and four away games. Travel team practice is scheduled at the coach's discretion. This season we are bringing in professional coaches to teach ball skills. To register for travel soccer, log in or create an account and the website will give you a list of program options. Choose Travel Soccer Sunday games. Also, you will need to order a travel uniform which consists of Adidas jerseys, Adidas shorts, and socks. Please note, you must provide your own soccer cleats and shin guards. Travel soccer players should bring their own ball to practices.
Future Programs
Because Spring 2026 is a transition for SRYSA, we are limited on what we can offer. With your help (we need coaches, referees, board members, and other general volunteers) we will grow this program. Our hope it to offer U6 Academy Training for the youngest players as well as highly competitive Travel Soccer for older players. The Travel Soccer program will be the culmination of our efforts to put forth players who can compete at a high level; preparing them for High School and beyond.
