New Director Named For HappyFeet Soccer
Coach Anthony is a Tulsa native and a lifelong soccer player and fan. He played on many different levels and leagues growing up, finishing on the Tulsa Thunder ’87 team in high school. Anthony graduated from Nathan Hale High School in 2006 as a four-year varsity starter, captain, 2 time defensive player of the year and team MVP. He attended Northeastern State University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in health and human performance. Upon graduating, Anthony worked in physical therapy and medical equipment sales before he realized he could make his passion of teaching soccer his career.
Anthony has had a directing role in Tulsa HappyFeet for over a year. He also coaches '05 boys for Tulsa Soccer Club. Anthony feels extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to use his knowledge of soccer and health to teach children fundamental skills such as; healthy habits, teamwork, and motor skills, that can have a lasting affect on their lives.
