Registration for the Fall 2017 season will begin on August 14, 2017 and end on September 8, 2017 . The season will begin the week of September 11, 2017. A $15 late fee will be applied to registrations after September 8th. There are three ways to register:
(1) Create an account to register online.
(2) Print the registration forms below and mail them with payment.

(3) In person at Tatum Park. Date to be announced at a later time.
Individual and team registrations are accepted. If you are on a team, each team member must register individually and notate the team name on the registration forms.
The following divisions will be available for the Fall 2017 season:
$30.00- Open (co-ed) - 18 and over - will play on Wednesday evenings
$30.00- Over 30 (co-ed) - Males 30 and older; Females 18 & over; One under 30 male per team - will play on Monday evenings
$55 for players who sign up for both leagues.
