The Earlham Soccer Clubs’ purpose is to promote youth soccer through coaching, training, example and participation in league team soccer. In addition, the club works to encourage teamwork, sportsmanship and cooperation in sports among our community’s children.  Earlham Soccer Club is managed by a volunteer board of directors.  The board meets 6 to 7 times a year and has 10 members.

The Earlham Soccer Club (ESC) is a recreational club. Team participation is open to any player, ages four through 18, male or female, for the youth leagues and any adult, according to the guidelines of the league in which the team is participating. Participation is limited only by the availability of coaches and league roster sizes. All teams are coached by volunteer coaches. 

ESC actively participates in the Greater Des Moines Soccer League and fields teams at the under-12, under-14, under-16, and under-18 divisions in the league. The ESC fields under-6 (non-traveling) and under-8 teams (limited traveling) in-house and under-10 teams in various coalitions (traveling).
