We are excited to announce that for a 6th consecutive year, Ireland Youth Sports will be offering a Fall Baseball League. Fall Ball will most likely consist of the following two leagues but is subject to change based on registrations:
- 8,9,10 Year Old Boys (birthdates between 9/1/08 – 8/31/11)
- 11,12, 13 Year Old Boys (birth dates between 9/1/05 – 8/31/08)
Ages are determined based on 2019 Little League guidelines.
Registration will be open until August 19, 2018 at midnight. Leagues and teams will be determined shortly after the registration deadline. The registration fee is $55 per child and will include an Ireland Youth Sports Fall Ball League Dri-Fit T-shirt.
The Ireland Youth Sports Fall Baseball League is designed to have ballplayers play and learn the fundamentals of baseball. The emphasis of Fall Ball is NOT on winning but to develop kids into better ballplayers. There will be no scoreboard, no standings and no season ending awards.
Games will be played on Saturday mornings through early afternoon starting late August / early September and will run through early/mid October (no games will be played on Labor Day weekend).
Individual and team sign-ups are welcome. If registering a complete team, the team must be a league team and not a travel team. To register, click here or visit the Ireland Youth Sports website and follow the online registration instructions.
