Practice information for Fall 22

Here is some additional information for practices...

Players need water, a ball, and the 5 "S's" for practice. U6 and U8 uses a size 3 ball, U10 and U12 uses a size 4 ball, and U16 and above uses a size 5 ball. The 5 "S's" include: Shoes, Socks, Shin Guards, Shorts, and Shirt. Shin Guards need to be size appropriate (not too small or too big) and go under the socks. Shoes should be safe - no sharp edges and tied on (not able to be slipped off easily). For games, players should have black shorts- each player will get socks and a jersey for games. Colors do not matter for practice. No jewelry should be worn for practices or games.

I know that it is a little early to talk about hoodies, but hoodies are not allowed to be worn for practice or games. Players may wear long sleeves and caps.

As a club, we use email from the registration system as a primary form of communication. You can add additional email contacts under your profile to make sure everyone in your family is updated. Information can also be found on our website. As a club, we also use Facebook as another primary form of communication. Each coach may use a different form of communication for the different age groups. Please talk to your coaches to see what they prefer.

This club is 100% volunteer lead and run. No one is paid and is doing what they do for the benefit of the kids. Please consider volunteering your time to help this program to continue to grow. Also be mindful if a volunteer coach or admin does not do things in a timely fashion. We are doing what we ask of our players - trying our best. The soccer community is small, so everyone is treated like family.

As it was mentioned last night, the season is still forming so all plans have not been finalized. When plans are finalized, we will send out communication.

Registration has been extended to August 20th so please spread the word. If you have not already registered, please do that sooner than later so additional planning can take place.
