$25.00 Indoor Soccer Registration Fee
for U6/U8

An additional $15 or $25 Fee will be
added for all U10 - U17 and U6/U8
players who wish to play Spring Travel
when team commitments are due in
January.

1.MSUSC Registration Fee is Non-Refundable and must be paid with
Registration.It is for insurances, membership for CDYSL, and other costs
associated with the club.

2.Practice, Play is Refundable up to the second game, this cost is for
practice and play and it is determined by the coach.
Uniform cost, where applicable are non-refundable.
Returned checks will be charged the face amount of the check, any bank
charges, and a $35.00 fee.
