Casey Hwy to exit 5
Turn left off exit
Follow down to light and make right at traffic light onto Washington Ave
Make Right at "T" in road
go over bridge
go 2 blocks (penn star bank on corner)
Make left (Lackawanna Ave)
Go 4 blocks - Large grey and red building on left.  Go 50 yards and there will be a sign that says Lakeland Mayfield elem School. 
Turn Left onto Linden St.
