Registration

All interested participants must register online, by clicking the "Register" button on the top right of the screen during the registration window.

Please note that as of the 2026 season, BPJC is imposing registration limits, and registrants will be accepted on a first come, first served basis, with preference being given to returning cheer families, in order to respect families' investment in the more significant first-year participation cost.

WHO IS A "RETURNING CHEER FAMILY"?
Returning cheer families are any family who had all registered cheerleaders complete the season immediately preceding the one for which registrations are being accepted. This means that the family had no cheerleaders that were dismissed from the program in the preceding season due to attendance or disciplinary issues, and all registered cheerleaders in the family qualified to attend the end-of-year celebration with BPJC.

IF I HAD A REGISTERED CHEERLEADER LAST SEASON, BUT HAVE A DIFFERENT CHILD WHO WANTS TO CHEER IN THE UPCOMING SEASON, WHEN CAN I REGISTER?
If a family has at least one registered cheerleader who completed the previous season with BPJC, any sibling of that cheerleader is considered to be part of the "returning cheer family" and can be registered during the early-registration window.

IF MY CHILD CHEERED IN A PREVIOUS SEASON, BUT DID NOT CHEER LAST YEAR, CAN ONE OF MY CHILDREN BE REGISTERED DURING RETURNING CHEER FAMILY REGISTRATION?
Returning cheer family registration is only for families who completed the season immediately preceding the one for which registrations are being accepted. For example, if registration for the 2026 season is about to open, a family who had a cheerleader registered in the 2024 season, but not the 2025 season, would NOT be considered a "returning cheer family" and would need to wait until the regular registration window to register their cheerleader.

ONCE I SUBMIT MY REGISTRATION, IS MY CHILD'S SPOT IN THE ORGANIZATION GUARANTEED?
Registration fees must be paid in full in order to reserve your child's spot in the organization. Once all spots in an age group are filled, a wait-list will be activated. If the wait-list for your child's age group is activated, and you have not yet paid your registration fees, you will receive an email notifying you that your registration fee payment is due within 1 week. If your registration balance remains unpaid after that 1 week has passed, your child's registration will be cancelled, and the next athlete in the wait-list will be moved to the active participant list.

WHEN IS NEW CHEERLEADER REGISTRATION?
New cheer families can register beginning at 12:01am  on March 1. Once a division is full, a wait list will be implemented. If your cheerleader is moved from the wait list to the active roster, you will be notified via email.

If you have any questions about your family's specific registration circumstances, please email [email protected] and we would be happy to answer them.
