This link is for league use only. Only the admin can modify the schedule. Coaches can view only. This is a field use schedule developed by the league for scheduling practices and games. We will be using fields at Ely Park #1 and #2 in Lambertville, Hewitt Park in West Amwell, and new this season East Amwell municipal field #2 which can be used for all levels of softball, baseball 8u and 10u as well as Tee-ball.

Instructions / Considerations for Requesting LWAYBSA Field Time  
1)  LWAYBSA games will take precedence over any practice time requests  
2)  ELY 2 will be a softball priority field for scheduling purposes  
3)  Where possible, coaches should request 1.5 hour blocks for practice time based on the following suggested time slots:  
 8:00am - 9:30am 
 9:30am - 11:00am 
 11:00am - 12:30pm 
 12:30pm- 2:00pm 
 2:00pm - 3:30pm 
 3:30pm - 5:00pm 
 5:00pm - 6:30pm* 
 6:30pm - 8:00pm* 
 *Time slots may only be practical for Ely 1 and Ely 2 fields which have lights 
4)  All efforts should be made possible to prevent unused blocks of time between practices / games.  For example, coaches  
should not request practice times that will leave unused blocks of time (i.e. 15 or 30 minutes) between games and or practices  
in order to maximize field time.  
5)  In situations where a the start/end of a game may not coincide with the time slots referenced above, coaches may request  
an alternate 1.5 hour time slot as long as all efforts are made to adhere to #4 above.  
6)  All comments /  questions / requests for practice time should be directed to Marc Currie/Chris Losch  
7)  All comments /  questions / about game time should be directed to Jim Troutman ([email protected])  
8)  All practice time requests are not final unless confirmed by Marc Currie/Chris Losch  
9)  Marc Currie reserves the right to deny practice time requests that do not comply with #4 above and provide an alternate  
time slot that would be in compliance.
