TBall - The first introduction to baseball for children age 4-6. The coaches will stress fundamentals, mechanics and sportsmanship. The goal is to teach the kids the correct fundamentals of baseball while creating a fun atmosphere in which kids can develop and continue grow in the game of baseball. Practice sessions and games will be conducted weekly. Games will include station work and a 2-3 inning game as time permits. No game will be longer than 1 hour. As the season progresses, a front toss toss pitch system can be implemented if skill progression permits.  

AA Division - Children ages 6-8. An introduction to team baseball. Each team will have 9-10 children out in the field playing all positions with the coach pitching. Halfway through the year, the league transitions to coach and kid pitch. While this is very much an instructional league with the coaches out in the field and on the bases with the kids, the league also fosters a competitive environment with keeping score and end of year playoff structure. Trophies are awarded to the league champions and runner up. 

AAA Division - For 8, 9 and 10 year old's. This is a competitive league with all kid pitching . Scores and standings are kept and the playoff champion/runner up receives trophies. The teams are created using a draft system for competitive balance.

Majors - For 11 and 12 year old's. This is the highest division in Northbridge Cal Ripken Baseball, which the kids will be playing baseball against kids pitching at their own level on a 50/70 diamond. Scores and standings are kept and the playoff champion/runner up receives trophies. The teams are created using a draft system for competitive balance. Should the league need to even out teams, AAA players may be utilized where developmentally appropriate.
