If you are affiliated with another club, please log in and click 'Member Area' on the left-hand side of the page, then click 'Change Affiliation' to transfer your affiliation to WC Eagles. This will only work during the open enrollment period, which is August 1st through October 1st.

To transfer your club affiliation from October 2nd through July 31st, you must complete a Club Affiliation Transfer Request Form. Once you've completed the top portion and parental signature at the bottom, you must get a signature from your current club owner. Then you can email the form to [email protected] or fax to 610-495-6632. Jun will then sign for the proposed club owner and we will send it to USA Field Hockey for approval.
