Parents of students participating in Monte Cassino Volleyball for grades 5^th- 8^th, must attend one of the informational sessions on Thursday, August 17^th, from 4:30-5:00 PM or Friday, August 18^th from

12:00-12:30 PM  in the MPAC.  These sessions will include information regarding setup for 7^th/8^th grade Volleyball Commitment teams. Please remember all volleyball forms: physicals, sudden cardiac arrest symptoms, acute concussion evaluation and code of conduct forms need to be turned in to the Athletic Office.  These forms are available on the athletic website (www.montecassino.org/athletics) under the tab ‘athletic forms’.  Physicals need to be submitted prior to the first match, if you do not have a current physical document on file.  Physicals are required every calendar year and code of conduct forms are required every school year.
