All practices will be held on the turf fields at the high school. You will be notified of any changes.

Practices for 14U start on Monday, 03/06/23. Practices will run every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 7pm-9pm.

Practices for 12U start on Monday, 03/06/23. Practices will run every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6pm-8pm.

Practices for 10U start on Tuesday, 03/07/23. Practices will run every Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm-8pm.

Practices for 8U start on Tuesday, 03/14/22. Practices will run every Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm-7:30pm.

Players must be in full gear for ALL practices and games. Mandatory gear for Field Players includes Helmet (NOCSAE compliant), Shoulder Pads (NOCSAE ND 200 compliant), Arm Pads, Gloves, Protective Cup, Mouth Guard, and Lacrosse Stick. Molded cleats (no metal cleats are permitted) are highly recommended. Mandatory gear for Goalies includes Helmet (NOCSAE compliant), Throat Guard or "Dangler", Chest Protector (NOCSAE compliant), Gloves, Protective Cup, Mouth Guard, and Lacrosse Goalie Stick. Molder cleats (no metal cleats are permitted) are highly recommended.
