2017-18 Competitive Diamond Cheering

Diamonds Cheering is available for children ages 4-8th grade. This program will start Tuesday September 19th and end in late March. Attendance is mandatory as this is a team sport and we will compete in Feb/March. Children will be allowed 4 absences for the season. Competition participation will not be guaranteed for children who miss more than 4 practices. Indoor cheer sneakers will be worn on the mats. We will work on all the elements of a competition routine-jumps, stunts, tumbling, dance, and motion technique. Cost is $156 for the season and can be paid in 2 installments of, $78 upon registration and $78 due by January 17th, failure to pay may result in the inability for your child to continue in the program. Uniforms will be ordered individually and costs range from @$40-$100 depending on what pieces are desired. Fundraising is available to cover uniform costs. All will buy new sneakers-we do have uniforms to lend out for those who do not wish to purchase them. There will be no refunds after week 1 –cancellations made up to week 1 will be refunded in full.

Schedule
Diamond Minis- Pre-K- first year 2nd graders
Tues 3:30-4:30 pm until Oct 31st

Diamond Chips- Exp 2nd - first year 4th graders
Tues 4:30-5:30 pm until Oct. 31st

Big Diamonds-    Exp 4th - first year 6th graders
Tues 5:30 pm-6:45 pm until 31st

Super Diamonds- Exp 6th - 8th grade  5:30-6:45 pm until Oct. 31st

Once we see how many kids we have signed up then we will determine what 2 days that the kids will be practicing on. We have the gym scheduled fro Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday, so it will be 2 of those days.
