Please note: $15 late fee will be applied to all registrations occurring after program deadlines. ALL payments for the 2018-2019 season must be processed via credit/debit card from your account through our website. Below are guidelines for select team payment options:
1) Pay full year amount for Fall & Spring upfront (upon roster acceptance, which begins the week of tryouts)
or
2) Enter into a payment plan upon roster acceptance.
Gold Team Payment Plan: $300 due at roster acceptance and $250 due 1/15/19 if playing a full year
Navy Team Payment Plan: $275 due at roster acceptance and $200 due 1/15/19 if playing a full year
Select Team Payment Details & Policies
- Select Team fees cover league and referee expenses, field and facility expenses, 3-6 practice hours per week (age & team dependent) including varying degrees of professional training sessions as well as goal keeper training for goalies. Gold team fees also include two tournaments (1 fall & 1 spring) while Navy team fees include one tournament (1 fall or 1 spring). Additional tournaments are at the discretion of the coach and may require additional fee collection.
- Oakwood United Soccer requires a player to accept or decline a select team roster offer within 48 hours of the offer receipt.
- Once a roster spot is accepted, player parents/guardians will receive an official email offer requiring action within your account on this website to confirm your slot.
- The first payment is due upon official roster acceptance and must be paid in order to claim the roster spot.
- Oakwood United Soccer will not card a player until the first payment is received, and reserves the right to remove a player from team activities and hold a player’s card in the Spring if the final payment is not received.
- The pricing schedule supports the Club’s requirement to pay for most items the players participate in 3-4 months in advance of each season.
- Select Team fees do not cover uniforms, extra tournaments or special/custom training.
- If the player will not play in the Spring, the Club must be informed of this decision by December 15, at which time the Spring fees will be refunded or credited to your account depending on the chosen payment option. Notice after December 15 is not subject to refund.
