Coaches are the BACKBONE of our organization
The role of a coach is similar to that of a teacher. You are entrusted with the development of the child, both physically and emotionally, with regard to the game of soccer, and whether you know it or not, your attitude, language and sportsmanship impact your players immensely. Positive coaching, words of encouragement and constructive criticism delivered in a caring, respectful way are how we develop players with a long-term love of the game.
