GISA’s In House Program has designated formations of play for each age group that are beneficial for player development, coaching manuals, and the "7 minutes of skills" program. Also, on Wednesday evening GISA has free Skills Clinics on Jekyll for the In House program players. Look for up coming local Speed, Agility and Quickness Camps and Soccer Camps held by GISA’s Director of Coaching.
The Skills Clinics are (free to GISA members) the focus is on technical training, critical aspects of player development, progressive speed and agility, foot skills, 1v1, and finishing techniques.

U-6: Monday’s 5-5:45pm
U-8: Monday’s 5:45-6:30pm
U-10/14: Monday’s 6:30-7:30pm
