HOW TO REGISTER

*Every player must register with the club regardless of the program selected or play level.

How To Register For A Puma FC Program:

New Players - Click register and create an account
Once logged in please select Register Now
The options for the players you have registered in your account will show up under Available Programs
Select the program (example) : PUMA FC PREMIER TRYOUTS 2016-2017
Click next
Input all the additional and medical information required (NOTE: If all the information has already been collected, click Next)
Click next
Answer all required questions
Agree to all terms and conditions
Select at the bottom of the page: Submit Order (NOTE: If you do not click "Submit Order", you will not be fully registered)
You will receive a confirmation email with further details regarding your program
