Pre-Register ONLINE
1. Log onto eAYSO
a. Use your previous online account or create a new account.
2. Complete the APPLICATION for either a returning player or a new player.
3. Print two copies of your Registration Form.
4. New Players must submit a birth certificate.
Complete your sign-up with either Option 1 or Option 2
Option 1 - ATTEND REGISTRATION DAY
Bring one copy of the Registration Form with either a check or cash to a registration site.
New Players must show a Birth Certificate or Passport.
Option 2 - MAIL
Mail one copy of the Registration Form with a check made payable to AYSO 908 and the appropriate fees.
