NC Fusion College ID Camps Were A Success For All

The NC Fusion Girls & Boys College ID Camps were an enormous success for all involved.  During the weekend there were over 200 prospective college athletes showcasing their skills in front of over 40 college coaches. We had a record number of both campers and college coaches in attendance.  Herbalife Nutrition, official sponsors, were also in attendance providing samples of all their products and handing out prizes and gifts to campers. Kelley Grimes from Herbalife Nutrition said "Herbalife Nutrition is grateful we had the pleasure to be a part of the boys and girls college ID camp, as we strive to make the world healthier and happier.”College coaches were able to see all levels of players from with in NC Fusion including US Development Academy, ECNL, Premier teams.  The camp also attracted many high level players from out the Fusion and even 3 players from Colorado!

John Pardini, ECNL Girls Director, had this to say “The girls ID Camp was a terrific success with lots of players from the Triad Area showcasing their talent in front many college coaches from Div 1,2, & 3. ID camps can be a very challenging environment as players are playing in front of so many coaches. However, the players competed very hard and many of the coaches left the camp impressed by the talent and level of play throughout the day. “

Adam Reekie, Boy's Camp Director "I felt the weekend was a huge success and step forward for our club's college program. Herbalife were amazing in their support of what we wanted to do; give local players the chance to pursue their college soccer dream in a professional and caring environment. We hope to build on the success of this year's camp for our 2020 camp".
