State of the girls ECNL Program - By John Pardini

The NC Fusion Girls Triad program wrapped up its 2018 calendar year with much to be celebrated. The Triad program's 14 teams finished with a combined record of 103 Wins, 34 Losses and 32 Draws through league play in NCYSA, USYS National League and Elite Club National League.

We are proud to say that many of our high school aged players have received tremendous interest from colleges across America. We feel that their success in their league and involvement in college showcases this fall and winter like WAGS, NCFC Showcase Series, ECNL South Carolina, and ECNL Florida played a large factor in the interest thus far. We will continue to evaluate each event on a year to year basis so that we maximize exposure for our membership.

While we are thrilled with our program in terms of results and college exposure, however, our staff feels that the largest growth area was in player development in terms of soccer ability, camaraderie and program culture. This is a credit to our players, staff and families for being great program ambassadors and helping to instill our club core values of trust, humility, development and community.

Despite our success, we believe our club and the Triad program is still in the early days of our overall development.  We are constantly evolving as a program so that we can become the best club in the country. Thank you for all of your hard work and involvement in our program! Looking forward to great success in 2019.
