Fall 2017-Spring 2018 Registration

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. To register, you will need to set up an account on the new system. Please make sure you are on the new registration site (http://ayso.bluesombrero.com/region183), which has a gray color scheme. If you try to register on the current site (with the blue background), no programs will show as available for registration!

Once you are at the new registration site, click the "Register Now" link at the top of the page:



2. Fill in the information and click "Create Account!"



3. Once logged in, fill in the primary Parent/Guardian's information:



4. You will be asked to describe your role. Choose parent or guardian:



5. Next, add your participating child's information:



6. After entering your participating child (or children), the age-appropriate program will show as available to register. Note that beginning with Fall 2017-Spring 2018, Peterson Park AYSO will be changing from using school year to birth year for determining which division a child may play in. You can read more about this change here.


NOTE: The price shown for the program does not include the $17.50 AYSO membership fee for each player, which will be added automatically at checkout, for a total program price of $120.

7. Complete the player application information, then proceed to the electronic signature page. You must check the "I agree to use an electronic signature" box and select the FIRST radio button as the player's parent/guardian, then type your name as your "signature":




8. After e-signing the application, you will be asked about volunteer opportunities. You may sign up to volunteer at this time. Instructions for volunteer registration can be found here.

9. At checkout, you may pay with a major credit card. The charge on your bill will be from "Blue Sombrero". A receipt will be emailed to the address you used to register the account.
