Instructions to Earn Back Your $40 Snack Bar Deposit

To have your $50 Snack Bar deposit returned, sign up and work two 2-hour shifts at the Snack Bar!

Here's how it works in 4 easy steps:
1. Click this link to go to our invitation page on SignUp: https://signup.com/go/YJgkhrk
2. Enter your email address: (You will NOT need to register an account on SignUp)
3. Sign up! Choose your Shifts (one 2-hour shift per day) - SignUp will send you an automated confirmation and reminders. Easy!
Note: SignUp does not share your email address with anyone. If you prefer not to use your email address, please contact us at [email protected] at least 3 days prior to chosen shift and we can sign you up manually.
4. Work! Prompt arrival is required.

After completing your required two 2-hour shifts (one shift per day), you will complete a quick form in the snack bar, get it signed by a board member and your refund will be returned back to the original form of payment in which registration was paid.

*Allow 5 weeks for return to show on your statement records

Important Note:
Volunteers must be 16+ years old.

Deposit Refund Policy

Refund will be returned to the original form of payment used at registration.

A refund will be provided only if there is no outstanding balance on the user's account. If there is an outstanding balance, then the $50 will be credited to that account. There are no exceptions to this policy.
