Training

PDA Training Program

Fall / Spring Training

All teams will train two times weekly during the fall and spring seasons.

Training will be intense and of the highest quality.

It is our belief that learning to play the game properly is paramount.

Team training will focus on fitness, skill building, positional play and team tactics.

All teams will be taught to play possession.

Athletes will be challenged to take their game to the next level in a systematic and disciplined environment.

Age appropriate skill mastery will be required to insure optimum result in all our athletes.


Winter Training

All teams will train once weekly during winter months.

Technical skill building and small sided play will be the focus of winter training.

All winter training sessions will be 90 minutes
