A year round Volleyball Development Program.
(Fall and Spring semesters)

One of our Goals is to prepare these young athletes to be able to later play at their Middle, High School, Volleyball Club, and or College Level.

The program is designed to get players ready for their Tryouts and to provide serious athletes the opportunity to train and compete in the sport of volleyball.

COACHES

Our coaching staff bring a great level of experience. We have former professional coaches and players, national team players, NCAA Div. I coaches and players.
We are here to help your athlete reach their highest potential.

TRAINING

Especially for the young kids, our programs are taught by trained coaches who use age-appropriate equipment to instruct these young athletes in the basic fundamentals and mechanics of volleyball and other activities.

                  
At the core of each of our practices are sports development lessons with a focus on achieving motor-development goals and milestones. Also incorporated into the different drills are activities designed to improve hand-eye coordination, flexibility, muscle tone, balance, strength, speed & agility.

We work hard to ensure our classes allow every participant to build their skills at their own pace within a learning-based environment that emphasizes patience, teamwork, and self-confidence.

ALL our staff has the Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) and Department of Children and Families (DCF) background check, are reference checked and fully qualified. ALL of our kids and staff are fully insured
to participate in all of our scheduled programs.
