All Referee Volunteers must be registered for MY2016.  Please visit www.eayso.org to reapply your volunteer forms.  These must be in the system before you set foot on the soccer fields.

Also, SafeHaven and CDC Concussion are MANDATORY and must be completed before stepping on the field!  See www.aysotraining.org and use your volunteer AYSO ID to take these.

Make sure you e-sign the volunteer forms and turn into the Concession Stand when complete or send PDF to our CVPA Heather Vineyard-Crouch at: [email protected]  
The next Referee U8/Basic Official Clinic is scheduled for August 13, 2016.  

It will be a Basic Referee clinic set at Portage United Church of Christ, located at 2731 W Milham Ave, Portage, MI 49024 

U8 class goes from 800am to 1230pm

Basic class goes from 800am to 5-530pm

Materials will be provided.  Please bring something to take notes/pen or pencil and comfortable clothing for doing some movement.

Lunch will be served for both classes and snacks/drinks provided.

Register soon with your AYSO ID number at www.eayso.org

Then go to www.aysotraining.org to take Safe Haven AND the State of Michigan mandated CONCUSSION TRAINING once you have your AYSO volunteer ID
