Exit Goals: These are the aspects of the game we expect most, if not all, players in the following age groups to be able to perform in a confident manner by the time they move on to the next playing year. Coaches are strongly recommended to use the linked spreadsheets below as a guideline for the development of their players and to get a realistic idea of what the main focus should be on technical, tactical, psychological, and physical levels.
