TYSA Registration:
Registration has now begun for the 2019 soccer season! Forms are available online and will be going home with students next week. Please fill out and mail back as soon as possible!  

REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS June 10th !  NO FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DEADLINE! 
5ers will be accepted until end of August!!


If you are ordering unforms we will give them to coaches prior to the start of the season!  

All coaches MUST complete  forms to be eligible to coach. This is a new PA State law. Please email [email protected] for the forms.
All clearances must be returned to me before you are eligible to coach or help coach. 

Also if you have not done so please add the Tunkhannock Youth Soccer Association To facebook.  I am hoping this will be an easier way to get in touch with people quicker.
