Registration is open to all players between the ages of 4 and 18 years of age.

• You must pre-register your child at  WWW.EAYSO.ORG - AYSO now requires e-signature, all players must register on line. If you have problems signing into your account, please contact AYSO National @ 800-872-2976.  Their hours of operation: 08:00 - 5:00 PST.  

• Please print ONE ( 1 ) Copy of the Registration Form and bring to Registration.

• Registration requires attendance at one of the registration events.  No mail intrgistration or online payments.  Late registration might not receive placement on a team.

• First time players must show birth certificate for proof of age for placement on proper team to complete registration.
