Conflict Resolution Policy

The following has been created to handle any problems that may arise during the 2023 TYSA Season.

Open communication between parents, players and coaches is important.  If anyone is having an issue or problem with another player, coach, parent, referee or anything at all, please use the following steps:

• Please follow the “24-hour rule”.  Please delay your communication with your coach for a period of 24 hours.  Waiting will increase the probability that a person can more clearly communicate their issue with a cool head.  Coaches will provide their contact information at the beginning of the season

   

• If your coach is unable to solve the problem, please call the division commissioner assigned for that year. This information will be available at the beginning of the season.

   

• If the commissioner is unable to solve your issue, please contact TYSA President Jeanette Porcoro 

   

• Finally, if the problem has yet to be resolved you may contact NEPSAY League President Brian Fetsko. [email protected]
