Pitch Hit & Run Competition Overall Winners
MRPGS hosted the MLB Pitch Hit & Run competiton for softball on Opening Day April 17th. Over 30 competitors tried their best to Pitch from 35 feet, Hit off a tee for distance, and Run from second base to home plate as fast as they could.
There were individual winners in each category, but these four young ladies were the overall champions for their respective divisions.
Pictured are the 13/14 overall division winner Katie Reiner, 11/12 overall division winner Gabriella Arcell, 9/10 overall division winner Sabrina Delgado and the 8/9 overall division winner Olivia Chacon.
Each of these girls along with the individual winners will be notified by MLB Pitch Hit & Run to participate in the regional tournament. Winners of those have a chance to go to Citi Field and participate among the nations best.
MRPGS is proud of all the girls who came out and gave it their all.
