If you have tried to register, you are currently being directed to either the  www.eAYSO.org Membership year 2016 site (already closed) or trying to use eAYSO.org for 2017, which is not active.  AYSO is moving to a new enrollment software and there are some set up functions still needing adjustments.  We are working to get those resolved this week and project TUESDAY March 28th to be open for online registration.  Discounted rates will be available thru April 30th.  Please be patient for a short while longer.
