You are encouraged to pre-register your child on-line at www.eAYSO.org. Pre-registration is not required, but will save you paperwork! After pre-registering on-line, just printout & sign three copies of your form and turn it in at an AYSO Registration Sessions (listed below).
Your child is not registered until the signed forms are turned in and fees are paid at one of the Registration Sessions.
If you have not previously played soccer with AYSO Region 325, you must bring a copy of the player's birth certificate so we can verify the child's age. (We just need to look at the form, we do not keep it.)

Sat Feb. 1, 2014 at Loudon United Methodist - 9am to 1pm.
Thur Feb. 13, 2014 at Central United Methodist - 6pm - 8pm.
Sat Feb. 15, 2014 at Central United Methodist - 9am to 1pm.
