Support Your Child and Team

Cheer positively for all players, regardless of the score, and regardless of your child's playing time. Your support makes a significant difference in their experience and the spectators around you. Your child will build off your positivity or negativity, whichever you choose.

Respect the Coaches and Officials

Our coaches dedicate countless hours of time and effort to develop our players. As volunteers, they have gone through an evaluation by the board, and our coaches are doing the very best that they can to teach our players the fundamentals of football and give them a positive experience.

While you may not always agree with their decisions, how they coach during a game, or how they coach during practices, please trust their decisions and avoid shouting instructions or criticism from the sidelines. We would also ask that you avoid coaching your child from the sidelines. This is a distraction to the team, the coaches, and most importantly your player. You will have plenty of time to talk to your child after practice or after the game.

Wait 24 Hours for Concerns

If you have concerns regarding game play or coaching decisions, we ask that you wait 24 hours after the practice or the game before addressing these issues directly with the head coach. This allows everyone time to reflect and ensures a more constructive conversation.
