Jr. Knight's Offseason Wrestling

Starting on Monday March 4^th, we have partnered up with Powerhouse MMA, EsteBuilt WC, and along with our own K-12 Coaches to provide both, In house wrestling practices, weight training (for current 8th graders), and established a relationship with Powerhouse MMA and Este Built for club ran opportunities.

MH Open Practices Tuesday:

6-7pm Novice with Coach Vinny

7-8:30 pm with Coach Schiele

Thursday:

7-8:30 pm Advanced with Coach Bridge

Weight Room Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday - 6-7 pm

Current 8th Graders with Coach Lusardi

Estebuilt Wrestling Club @ Powerhouse MMA: ($15 drop in)

Monday: 6:30-7:45pm

Thursday: 6:30-7:45 pm

Sunday: 11:30-1pm

Powerhouse MMA Friday:

Novice with Coach Jarrett – (20 drop in)

Morris Hills Wrestling Club will be charging $50 per wrestler

The offseason program is not mandatory but we rstrongly encourage it

As we make a transition to a true K-12 program we will continue to purse the very best for our wrestlers and our vision to build one program at Morris Hills is becoming a reality.
