Senior Teams

U15-U19 Senior Teams

The senior season teams begin conditioning over the summer, with official team practices typically beginning in August, with games running from September to April. The senior season is unique because game play is suspended from mid-November through January during the high school season. Senior teams usually play 10-12 regular season games, with half of those games played in Englewood and the other half away. Senior teams practice 2-3 times per week and play their competitive matches on the weekend. After the regular season games have concluded, senior teams typically play in 1-2 spring tournaments.

Junior Teams

U11-U14 Junior Teams

The junior season teams begin conditioning over the summer, with official team practices typically beginning in August, and games running from October through February. Junior teams usually play around ten regular season games, with half of those games played in Englewood and the other half away. The away game travel can vary from season to season, but typically the range is South Tampa to South Fort Myers. Junior teams practice twice a week and play their competitive matches on the weekend. After the regular season games have concluded, junior teams typically play in 1-2 spring tournaments.

ACADEMY TEAMS

U9-U10 Academy Teams

The academy program is recommended for young players who may be interested in playing competitive soccer in later years. It is a more advanced level of training and commitment than recreational soccer. The focus is on player development while still providing competitive opportunities. Because the focus is on player development, all players will receive an equal amount of playing time during the matches. Official scores are not recorded with the league, again to emphasize player development over competition. The academy teams begin conditioning over the summer, with official team practices typically beginning in August, and games running from October through March. Academy teams usually play between 10-12 regular season games, with half of those games played in Englewood and the other half away. The away game travel can vary from season to season, but typically the range is South Tampa to South Fort Myers. Academy teams practice twice a week and play their competitive matches on the weekend.

TESTAMONIALS

“Joining West Coast Chaos Youth Soccer has been an amazing experience for the last year. Our son has shown growth in academics, social interaction, and his soccer abilities. The coach has built a team that incorporates teamwork, great sportsmanship, and tremendous growth in soccer skills. Every practice increased our sons foundational skills and confidence. Our overall experience has been one of the most positive we’ve ever had and we will continue to be part of West Coast Chaos!” -N. Davel

"Our son joined the West Coast Chaos competitive soccer team in summer of ’21. He played the recreational soccer for many years before trying out for competitive soccer, however these seasons were just too short for major improvements. We found a great team, great coach and great parents from the beginning. Very good chemistry between all of the boys and he was excited for each and every practice and tournaments throughout. As the season went on, we witnessed more and more improvements in every aspect. Ball handling/skills, positioning, endurance, understanding the game and its rules, etc. The excitement to play two day tournaments with a little getaway was priceless. We had a wonderful season in a great club and organization and are very thankful for the opportunity that was given to us. We can’t wait to be back for the new season." - A. Leubin
