PRE-ACADEMY

We are excited to announce the start of our competitive program at our Indian Trail location.

This program is designed to be a steppingstone to club soccer from Recreational soccer. It covers ages 6-11. We have run this program in Huntersville for 20 years and it’s been the beginning of many players successful soccer journeys. Players have gone on to play all levels of college and professional. This program helps your child get the skills and knowledge needed to move on to Club soccer in the future as its coached by our professional staff. 

Games are 7 vs 7 or 6 vs 6 on Strikers larger field. These games are on Saturdays which includes 1 practice per week.

Although teams are formed, the emphasis is on developing all players in the program. To help with that, full time Youth Licensed Coaches have been appointed to run the program. They will run each practice focusing on a different topic each week.

In addition, opportunities will be offered for certain kids to take part in our US Club Soccer team (4 or 5 games taking place around the local area.) This is a great way for the players to get a taste of Club/travel soccer. 

The Fall season will run through September-November and the Spring runs March - May

Tournament (For US Club Selected Players Only)

We will look to participate in a local tournament at the end of the Fall. This will be organized closer to the time. The tournament will be for the US Club team we create from the program.

Cost

1. FREE TO TRYOUT!!! – If not selected you will be able to play in our recreational league

2. Pre academy will cost $275 if selected for the Fall and or Spring. Jerseys and ref fees are included. No extra costs.

3. If selected for the additional US Club team there will be an additional cost to cover jerseys, ref fees and tournament fees.
