Mandatory Baseline Impact Testing for U13 & U15 Players

The York County Lacrosse Association requires Baseline ImPACT testing of all U13 and U15 players before they are allowed to practice or play. Athletes receive baseline testing through the Wellspan ImPACT web-based testing program. Testing should be retaken every two years to account for aging and brain maturation. Please follow the instructions below to complete the impact testing:

Step 1: Click this link.
Step 2: Look for club (York County Lacrosse) on the list and click on the appropriate link.
Step 3: When prompted, enter the password: (lax)
Step 4: When prompted, enter the following code (F9B5D5E8D1) and follow instructions to complete the test.

Please note: You will not receive a final score at the end of the test. Your baseline information will be stored for future reference, should a concussion occur.

You can print a confirmation for your records. Once you exit the screen, the confirmation number is not retrievable.
