THIS IS AN AYSO 304 REGISTRATION EMAIL BLAST! If you already registered you child and provided a birth certificate (if needed) , please ignore this email.

ATTENTION ALL PARENTS AND GUARDIANS:  TODAY, June 30, is the LAST opportunity  to to pay online by credit card or mail in (postmarked June 30) before fees go up to $140 on July 1st.

If your child is an applicant, you need to complete the registration process to ensure that he/she will be put on a team after July1.  You have the opportunity  to pay online by credit card or mail in (postmarked June 30) before fees go up to $140.  If you child DID NOT play in Fall 2013 season, please email a copy of the birth certificate or passport to the registrar at[email protected].

If your child is NE in the system, you MUST go back into eAYSO and eSign the form again and be sure to click SUBMIT to ensure that the eSignature goes through.  If you have not paid yet, you have the opportunity  to  pay online by credit card or mail in (postmarked June 30) before fees go up to $140.  If you child DID NOT play in Fall 2013 season, please email a copy of the birth certificate or passport to the registrar at[email protected].

TEAMS WILL BE FORMED IN JULY.  Divisions are filling and we have some divisions that will be closed before July 1st.  Be sure your child will be placed on a team by registering your child by the end of the month either by attending the walk in, mailing in (postmarked June 30) or online payment.

REGISTRATION IN JULY WILL ONLY BE TO FILL ANY DIVISIONS WITH OPENINGS!
