*Juniors Division teams are formed in late March to early April, games start in late April

Every child is guaranteed playing time and the game is taught in a fun, enjoyable atmosphere.
Sandlot Days: We are hosting two sandlot days that are FREE and COMPLETELY open to any child. Past players are encouraged to invite their friends, family etc to come out and play. They do not have to live in Buckeye LL district and LL players from other areas are welcome! Sandlot days are fun and ran by the kids. They choose team captains and then divide into teams. The players are the coaches and umpires and make the calls, as well as learn team management and communication skills all while being supervised by our board members.

Evaluations for Baseball
Ages 10-12 will be Friday January26th, 6:30-9:30PM.
Ages 8-9 will be the next morning, Saturday January 27th 1pm (also 7 Year olds registered for AA)
Softball Evaluations
All ages Saturday January 27th 11am
Evaluations help determine the skill level of your child to ensure they are in the correct division and have an enjoyable season. Players that do not attend the evaluation will be randomly placed on teams.
Practices:
Begin the week of February 5th. Most teams practice 2 times a week, but we allow our coaches to decide the days and frequency.
Games:
Games will begin with Opening Day ceremony on Saturday March 2nd at Earl Edgar field. Remember the overflow parking lot is available and can be accessed from 2nd St. Teams will average 2 games per week.
All Stars: Nominations for All Stars will begin April 1st and Close May 1st. For your child to be considered for nomination to an All-Star Tournament team, please be aware that full commitment is expected through the months of June and July. Practices or games can occur nearly every day during this time and a $50 commitment fee is required plus residency documentations and original birth certificates. Some travel should be expected depending on tournament level.
The division of play for Baseball is determined by player’s age as of August 31, 2024
The division of play for Softball is determined by player's age as of December 31, 2023

Board of Directors Meetings take place the second Thursday of the month at 7:00pm at Buckeye Chamber of Commerce and are open meetings, unless otherwise stated.
