Game Day Procedures

Coaches -- you will need 3 copies of your game day lineup.  You will need to supply the opposing team a copy of your lineup as well as the referee for the match and you should keep a copy for yourself.  Improperly completed or missing lineup sheets may result in fines imposed upon your club.

The lineup consists of:
1) players jersey number,
2) players name,
3) player ID# (EPYSA issued ID). 

You or your registrar should be able to print your lineup card directly from GroupNet under team management.

You should also carry with you a copy of your EPYSA Official Roster.  Your club registrar should provide you with a copy of this for your records:
