The Summer Freestyle Camp will include freestyle instruction, drilling, live wrestling and conditioning. Campers will also learn some Greco Wrestling. Freestyle and Greco wrestling is essential to get any wrestler to the next level. The camp will have a good combination of learning technique and also wrestling live. The camp is ideal for any wrestler who is looking to make wrestling a year long sport.
